Vazhakka Round Poriyal
Raw banana or Plantain: 2
Cloves Garlic: 5
Red Chili powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil: 2 Tablespoon
Peel the skin and slice the plantain into round discs.
Chop Onion and garlic and set aside.
Mix the ingredients except oil and marinate the cut banana pieces in it for 30 mts.
Heat the oil in a pan and slightly fry the marinated pieces of on a low heat, till they slices turn crisp.
