1 Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and add the tomato, onions,milk and green chilies. Mix them together
2 Pour oil in a frying pan
3 Pour the mix in step 1. Let it cook and turn over till the edges on both sides are crips and golden brown.
4 Switch off and serve hot with rice or chappathi
