Boiled egg 4
Onions 1 chopped
Ginger (cut small pieces) 1 med
Tomato 1
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garlic 4 small cloves
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt and Pepper to taste

STEP BY STEP METHOD

Method
1 Pour oil in a frying pan
2 Add onions cinnamon, ginger, garlic and fry till golden brown
3 Add tomato,chili powder, coriander powder and fry for 4-5 mts.
4 Add 2 cups of water and close the lid and let it boil for at least 10 mts on low heat
5 Open the lid and add the eggs one by one into the masala while it is boiling
6 Switch off and serve hot with rice or chappathi
