Indian CHILI CHICKEN
Indian Chili Chicken Recipe is a popular recipe espcially in fast food places today in India and abroad. Chili chicken orignally comes from chinese cuisine and we have modified it. This is a great side dish for bread, chappatis, noodles, white rice, briyani, fried rice, lime rice and tomato rice.

| 1 | Cut the chicken into small pieces(bone less is better) and marinate it with Yogurt, Chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and leave it for two hours | | 2 | Cut onions, ginger, garlic and green chili into small pieces | | 3 | Pour oil in a frying pan | | 4 | Add onions and fry till light brown | | 5 | Add the marinated chicken. Add 1 cup of water and add corn flour, ginger, garlic and green chili. Fry in low heat mixing it often | | 6 | Here you can add coloring like kesari powder for red color if you like(chili chicken look red) | | 7 | Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 mts on low heat.
