TAMIL CHICKEN KORMA
Indian Chicken Korma Recipe is also called green korma. You can do the same 'thanni kozhambu' type by adding more water and a little bit more green chilli, referred to in the curry section. It is the best for idlis.
Chicken korma is an excellent side dish for rice, chappatis, paratas, idliy and dosai. Boneless and with bones will work for this. We love it with bones. Bones add an extra spike to the flavor of chicken in general.
