Onions 1 chopped
Ginger/ Garlic past 1 Tbsp
Tomato 1
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

STEP BY STEP METHOD

Method
1 Pour oil in the Pressure Cooker
2 Grind the green chilies, ginger, garlic, mint and cilantro.
3 Add the 15 pieces of spices and Onions till light golden brown.
4 Then add the tomatoes and the ground ingredients and fry well.
5 Add the chicken and fry with salt
6 dd rice with chicken and add 1:2 water and let it cook for 5 minutes on high. Then another 5 minutes on low without putting on the weight
