STEP BY STEP METHOD

Grind the coconut, green chillies and cumin seeds into a coarse paste

Clean the vegetables and cut them into normal sizes. Pour oil in a large frying pan. Heat it. Add the vegetables and cook in a low flame. Add just a litle bit of water (1/4 cup). |

When it is half cooked, add turmeric powder, salt and curry leaves, mix it well. After a minute or so add the ground ingredients in step 1 and stir well. Add one tbsp of coconut oil, it cook well. Turn off the heat |

Serve it hot with rice, sambar, rasam or curd rice as a side dish
