Wash pavaka, slit them both sides. Boil them with salt,lemon juice and turmeric for 5 minutes. Allow to cool,strain water and keep aside ´

Grind onion, red chili, coconut powder, cumin powder and garlic coarsely |

Fry it in oil till it gets fine aromatic flavour. Stuff the masala in each pavaka evenly |

Turn pavaka gently without spilling masala |

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
