Ingredients:
- Egg4
- Onions2 chopped fine
- Green Chili2 chopped
- Tomato1 small
- Milk1/4 Cups
- Oil2 Teaspoons
- Salt and PepperAs per taste
Preparation mode:
- Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and add the tomato, onions,milk and green chilies. Mix them together
- Pour oil in a frying pan
- Pour the mix in step 1. Let it cook and turn over till the edges on both sides are crips and golden brown.
- Switch off and serve hot with rice or chappathi
