Rava or Sooji – 2 cups
Ghee – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Milk – 1/4 cup
Cashew nut few – for garnishing
1)Pour 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan.
2)Add rava and stir untill the rava is slight brown.
3)Let it cool.
4)Slightly stirfry cashews.
5)Blend rava and sugar together.
6)Pour few drops of milk in the mix.
7)Shape them into balls by pouring the milk slowly in the blend.
8)After making the ball put one cashew for each.
